staying at the Hampton Inn was a delightful experience. from the helpful staff to the cozy and well-appointed rooms, everything exceeded my expectations. the complimentary breakfast was a fantastic bonus, and the free hot drinks available 24/7 added a nice touch to the stay. the location near two convenient stations made exploring the area a breeze, while the room facilities, including a top-notch air conditioner, made for a comfortable stay.

I really enjoyed this family-friendly hotel and stayed for 4 nights here. The breakfasts for vegetarians. The location was incredible, around 10-15 minutes walk from Yeshiva University Museum. The restaurant was located within 600 feet.

The hotel's parking puzzle left me circling, and juggling a grab-and-go brekkie with steaming coffee felt like a balancing act. Toasting at 8:50 AM was a test, but the brilliant bites and location make up for the minor hiccups.

Despite the small fitness center, I managed to fit in a good workout. The window guards provided a sense of security. I even found the metallic prints on the furniture to be quite interesting. The hotel’s close proximity to Times Square, Statue of Liberty, and Empire State Building made sightseeing a breeze. With easy access to transportation venues, this hotel made my stay in the city a memorable one!

A clean, nice, safe place, in a great location. BUT IT DOESN'T CHANGE THE FACT THAT I PAID FOR THE HOTEL NEARLY TWICE AND STILL DON'T KNOW WHAT FOR.

The hotel accepts only card payments (my fault), and after returning it turned out that the hotel charged an additional (almost double) fee for what, the invoice was not updated. On the news nobody writes off this situation is difficult to understand. . Breakfast was weak, everything was plastic and every day the same (but I was 3 nights and could bear it), although without drama.

Clean, good value hotel, the location was magnificent near food spots, restaurants, restaurants located there. Wake-up service, available in my queen room, was a nice bonus.

The staff here is outstanding! They were so friendly and went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. From the helpful check-in to the accommodating recommendations, our experience was so pleasant. the location worked perfectly for what we needed, right between Chelsea and the Flatiron district, close to public transportation. It really gave us that authentic "art district" feel. Plus, it's so accessible to must-see attractions like Times Square, Central Park, and Bryant Park. the rooms were clean and cozy, and the breakfast buffet was a great start to our day, offering a variety of choices.

The location

Very small rooms for 2 queen size beds. They should not be offered or cleared. . Breakfast at 9:30 was no longer replenished and at 10:00 the light was turned off. The regular coffee was only available for breakfast, the rest of the day there was not, unlike the rest of the Hampton Inn that we always go to. There was no staff to help us with the luggage.

I liked everything.

Although the Hampton Inn Chelsea had charming staff and a convenient location, the pricing exceed competitors. My 6-night stay was pleasant, but housekeeping oversights and deposit issues were bothersome. Despite its quirks, the hotel's dated charm and friendly breakfast staff made for an enjoyable stay in NYC.

room was spacious and good (what you could expect for the price). it was very clean. in spite of my weight i woke up in the morning without any backache, shows that the bed was fine and had a very good mattress. staff friendly and helpful. whole day there is free coffee and tea which is a plus point considering the prices in new york

unfortunately the tables in the breakfast room were very sticky. i guess they don't get wiped down as often. the heating and our room door was heavily damaged. wall thermostat was missing, so the heating only ran or not. without temperature adjustment. door was so warped that you could see through the slit to the corridor. the room was very clean!!

Great staff, always professional and friendly. the location was perfect, with easy access to nearby attractions and a beautiful park just a few blocks away. the rooms were clean and comfortable, with comfortable beds, making it the perfect place to rest after a long day of exploring. the hotel also had a convenient laundry facility, which was a bonus.

The breakfast area was crowded and had a limited variety of food, so we opted to get our morning coffee at a nearby Starbucks instead. the bathroom was small and basic, and the towels were not very soft.

Room one may be small for 4 people. Lack of storage. A double washbasin would be welcome. The breakfast did not meet our expectations. The supply is done slowly and some products are no longer present from 09:15 am as yoghurt, cottage cheese, and fruit salad ... . Some mornings the lights of the buffet were turned off at 09h55.

The hotel's location was super convenient, close to the metro and near Greenwich Village where our friends stayed; the staff was super friendly, giving us great tips and our room was tucked away on the quiet side. The front desk service and welcoming smiles were top-notch, and the room size was decent for NYC standards. Just a tad cramped during breakfast rush, but overall, it was a fab weekend getaway in NYC here ?

It's a pity that all the cutlery and plates for breakfast are made of cardboard or plastic, for an establishment of this range the menu is cheap but above all it doesn't set a good example for the environment and sustainable development...

room was clean and functionally furnished. hotel is centrally located (a few minutes from the flatiron building), many sights are within walking distance. subway stations (along 23rd street) are also nearby. staff is friendly and accommodating when problems arise.

hotel is not suitable for persons sensitive to noise. besides the ny-usual street noise, room/corridor neighbours could be heard very clearly. breakfast buffet is small and not suitable for lactose intolerant persons.

small rooms, sufficient for a short stay; room was rather old and used; room without any soundproofing; view to the inner courtyard and/or to the wall of the neighboured building; breakfast (toast and/or sandwich, butter, jam, cream cheese, honey- all packed-; yogurt, oat flakes, kellog's loops, coffee, tea, orange juice,... - not intoxicing- mostly visited a surrounding caffe (starbucks) or bought something from a shop (walgreens). furthermore, there is a lot of garbage (i was especially shocked)- paper plates, plastic cutlery - with every purchase plastic bags (one bottle of water- two bags,... it's a 3*-hotel - from my point of view overpriced - but life in new york is generally a bit more expensive.

Just stayed in a hotel near the Flatiron Building. Staff was awesome, moved our stuff while we were out. Would choose again. Rooms better than photos!

high-quality rooms with an eye for detail, such as a night lamp in the bathroom (so that you are not dazzled at night) and an additional pull-out shelf on the bedside table for charging mobile phones. welcome was warm and cordial and there were outrageously delicious chocolate cookies. we were given tips for our departure and were allowed to leave our luggage there, just as we were allowed to use a bathroom in the evening on our final departure. the beds were big and very comfortable. situation in the back absolutely quiet, breakfast buffet was varied and food there was very tasty. one employee even took the time to bake a waffle together with me.

it was almost perfect. if you want to suggest an improvement, shower with a hose in the shower.

Breakfast was not a regular Hampton Inn. There was a lack of produce, the tables were not cleaned or not clean enough. The elevator took too long to wait.

The staff at the hotel were incredibly friendly and accommodating. They provided excellent customer service and made me feel welcome throughout my stay. Additionally, the breakfast at the hotel was fantastic. There was a good variety of hot and cold items to choose from, and everything was delicious. Another advantage of staying at this hotel was its convenient location. It was centrally located and close to many attractions, making it easy to explore the city.

One of the negative aspects of my stay was the lack of towel racks in the room. Despite the hotel's request to hang towels if they don't need to be washed, there was no place to hang them.

The location here is spot on, close to the subway and shopping, and the cleaning staff was totally decent, coming by every day. The staff is super helpful; they fixed our blow-dryer in a jiffy and the breakfast was alright, though a bit more variety would've been awesome. They have a tv room 😌 for chilling out, but I had some hiccups with housekeeping barging in when the 'Do not disturb' sign was out—not cool at all!

I recently stayed at Hampton Inn in the Chelsea neighborhood for a week-long vacation. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, especially the gentleman who assisted me upon arrival. The hotel had a great location, close to the subway and some fantastic restaurants. It was also within walking distance of most of the tourist attractions. The room had a beautiful view, and I loved that it was situated in a quiet area. One of the standout features was the guest laundry, which was linked to an app, eliminating the need for coins. The app even sent me a message when my laundry was done, making it incredibly convenient.

The rooms are well-equipped with basic amenities, including a single bed instead of a double and a fridge for a large laptop. The breakfast is fantastic, with different meat options and included prepared oatmeal with assorted toppings.

They upgraded our bed to a king and surprised us with champagne, chocolate, and a personalized anniversary card. the room was modern, clean, and always smelled fresh. the location was excellent, just a short walk to the subway and within walking distance to popular attractions like the Empire State Building and Broadway shows.
